Meet Tara
The face behind Bark n Bounce
AKA "The treat dealer"
Hi! I am the head trainer here at Bark n Bounce. With over 15 years' experience, both hands on, in the field and also study wise, I have dedicated a lot of my life, to understanding and trying to improve, the bond between dogs and their humans.
From studying with different organisations, (Delta, Karen Prior, SOCS, Absolute dogs, Spirit Training, Susan Garrett - to name a few) including being fear free certified, I bring a balanced, well-rounded approach to dog training.
Here at Bark n Bounce we understand every dog is unique and just like us mere humans, we all learn differently.
My heart belongs to rescue, though I do adore all breeds. I just love being able to fulfill a life, who may not have had the greatest start.
I am known for giving treats to every dog I meet, and I am the person who will 100% hang out with dogs, over anything else. Dogs do speak, to those that listen, and along with my team, we would love to teach you how to better communicate with your dog and build a bond like no other.
